Comment by Revenai Well, this guy is back today! Comment by tooltip Ralston Farnsley was originally located in the Magic Quarter of Undercity prior to being removed in Cataclysm. Note : You need to have completed the quests for wool, silk, and mageweave in order to open up the runecloth quest.
Comment by fraggerr While this guy has returned and allows you to complete quests, the alliance equivalent, Clavicus Knavingham , is also back, but does not offer any quest.
